Emergency Services District No.4 is a political subdivision of the State of Texas. We serve Bexar County as a taxing entity to support your emergency services such as fire suppression and EMS first response service.
Members of the Bexar County Emergency Services District No. 4 (ESD 4) will be attending the SAFE-D Conference in Ft. Worth, TX from Thursday September 16 through Saturday September 18, 2021. Board members may be carpooling together up to the conference and attending the same sessions. No ESD 4 discussions will taken place or actions taken.
Teaming with Leon Springs Fire Department to provide emergency services to northwest Bexar County.

The Bexar County Emergency Services District No. 4 (ESD 4) 2021 Ad Valorem will be considering a proposed tax rate of $0.054790 per $100 assessed valuation and would generate $1,923,623 in tax revenue. Tax rate is a 7.59% increase over the No New Revenue of $0.050927 per $100 assessed valuation. The public is encouraged to attend the September 13, 2021 Board Meeting to express support for or opposition to the proposed tax rate. Additional information is contained in the link below.
The Bexar County Emergency Services District No. 4 (ESD 4) will conduct a meeting at 28036 Old Boerne Stage Road, Boerne, Texas 78006 on Monday September 13, 2021 at 7:00 P.M. ESD 4 Board Meetings are usually scheduled for the first Monday of the month.
